Over the past five years, the city’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) has cut hundreds of thousands of HIV tests, closed several free STD clinics, and witnessed a significant rise in STDs such as syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia, according to a report released to BuzzFeed News by two AIDS activist organizations, ACT UP and the Treatment Action Group. Visits to city-run STD clinics have also dropped by roughly one-third — a loss of 40,000 per year.

Seems that the NY govt wants to equalize the city's healthcare with some central African level. Or just turn it into the World's biggest leprosery. The fact is that we still have to pay unbelievable amounts of money for our medical insurance.
In that case all those conspiracies about the HIV that was bred in the CIA labs don't seem that ridiculous.

Won't argue. Haven't done any research yet.
But in fact it's even more important.
If only the problem was talked it could be easily solved. But the govt the media the social institutions pretend that people don't die from AIDS and don't have fertility problems after having STDs anymore.
