Why aren't any of you using your 2nd Amendment right to bear arms against government tyranny to actually bear arms against government tyranny?
Until Jury Trials have been suspended, only the People can enforce tyranny against themselves by convicting their Peers. Until then, only the People can blame themselves.
Jury nullification basically made the Fugitive Slave laws unenforceable.; it also made 1930's Prohibition nigh unenforceable; it is also bringing an end to Marijuana Prohibition. When people refuse the Plea deals and opt for a Jury trial (in marijuana selling/possession cases), they are almost ALWAYS acquitted.
Have you ever wondered why the Obamacare penalty is IMMUNE to jury review (peer/citizen review)?
This is why the NDAA is also disturbing. If Progressives start making their penalties/crimes immune to Jury review on a common basis, then they will become an abject and overt Tyranny, to which the People have a duty to overthrow. So far, they've only "experimented" with abolishing the Jury system via Obamacare.
The suspension of Jury trials is cited in the Declaration of Independence as one of the primarily reasons for the Revolution of 1776.
Only three things justify the use of FORCE against a Tyranny:
1) Suspension of Jury Trials (Declaration of Independence)
2) Seizing Firearms (Lexington and Concord)
3) Abject and Overt Voter Fraud (Battle of Athens, Tennessee, 1946)
