What Penny did was not a crime

You can go too far. But I believe in this situation I would have found him not guilty. I've put guys in choke holds and I have shaken them like a rag doll right at the point they tap out. When I let them go it takes them at least a minute to catch their breath.

The guy who died was being irrational and threatening. Bystandards took action. Citizens arrest. Everyone there probably testifies the guy was out of control and would not stop.

Did the choker go too far? Clearly he did. LOL. I don't get why he didn't let go as soon as he went limp. Perhaps I don't know all the facts. But right now, I say not guilty.

What pisses me off is you guys say the crowd shouldn't have felt threatened by Kyle, but then Governor of Texas acquits a guy who was found GUILTY of murdering a BLM protester because he was "walking towards his car with an automatic rifle and he felt threatened".

Seems like Stand Your Ground is a way for conservatives to let themselves off when they kill a black man but this argument doesn't work when liberals (blacks) try to use it.

If I were a gang member and I killed a armed rival gang member in front of my house I'd claim stand your ground.

They have or should have cameras in the subways. If they see someone isn't using the subway in an appropriate way, throw him off the subway. I got kicked off the People Mover in Detroit. We were in college and I tried jumping the turn style. The cops caught me on camera. A few stops down they pulled us off the People Mover (Detroit) and told us to beat it. So we went down 2 stops, paid, and got back on. They saw us and the cop caught up to us and said he should arrest us for disobeying him. I told him we paid.

The funny thing is I said to the black cop "it's because I'm white isn't it". LOL. I was in college (drunk) and knew a black guy who always said "why because I'm black?" or "it's because I'm black". I finally got to use it on a black. Only I came really close to getting arrested and you don't want to go to Detroit's 36th precinct.

If you are in a clothing store and there for 4 hours eventually security is going to come to you and ask you what the fuck you are doing.

We want to reform the police. That's what we mean by defund. When you make cuts, it's going to raise crime. But not in rich white areas. They'll have the proper amount of police.
