As for me, I don’t have to love or even like many things he says or how he says them. It looks a bit like his ego over the top. He may be a narcissist. He can be rude without good reason. He can say things in a rather ungentlemanly way. He’s not statesman-like in his rhetoric.

I can say all of that and I believe the assertions are fair and accurate.

I still support his Presidency. You won’t read this in the main stream press of hear it on the radio or view it on TV, but President Trump has been doing a terrific job as President.

There is much more to accomplish. I’ll stick with the guy who has helped get us so far.

I didn't say Trump was Christ, I said that he was acting the part of Christ and he knows it too even though he's using deflection. Which although again, he's a great president, but when he uses deflection like that it puts him at the level of the democrats. At least in my book.

At first I thought Trump was just new to politics. When he lost to Biden, ran and got reelected, I hoped that in the 4 years, he would have pros come in to train him in diplomatic talk and public speaking, but apparently Trump is not receptive and wanted to stay true to himself.

Thing is, here is a guy fighting upstream against a total current of corruption everywhere, in his party, the democrats, deep state, other states, the judiciary, other governments, corruption and BS everywhere, so I finally relented to Trump's crude tact and gruff diplomacy were both a function of his basic nature to just come right out and say what he feels combined with years of abuse by the very people others now wanted him to be tactful with!

That is when I realized it does not matter: no democrat would be doing what he is doing and maybe no republican neither! Maybe not even Rubio or Vance if left to their own designs. Trump is a force, he marches to his own drummer. He is a once-in-a-century president. His #1 concern is getting the job done and in the shortest, most direct path possible, because he realizes that after he leaves office, there may be no one to follow in his footsteps for a very long time.

Who else has ended 8 wars in his first year, effected many pivotal policies, gotten Russia and Zelensky talking, gotten Gaza settled down, and now has ended our #1 global nuclear threat and possibly even bringing peace to the middle east! All in effectively his 1st year? Yeah, I know, Trump often toots his own horn, probably because so few others are willing to give him credit due.

Not even the Nobel committee could see fit to award him with a peace prize despite his doing far more for peace than many others, all over politics.

Politicians are there to be liked and tell people what they want to hear; Trump is there to get the job done.

Yeah but he doesn't have to act the way he does. Although I get often times why he's a jerk after he's been arrested and nearly assassinated but this whole entire Jesus thing I don't get though. You’re not.

I didn’t vote for Trump based on his personal life choices. I voted for him (3 times) because I agrees with his political philosophy. Not sure why it’s at all controversial. Boiled down to its essence, as I see it, his philosophy is perfectly rational:

It is the job of the President to serve and further the interests of America and the American people.
