Trump 'red in the face and going off the rails' after historic impeachment vote

We know that there are concerns about his mental health.
Do you think that the impeachment thing will tip him over the edge.
After repubs win back the house as a result of this democrat impeachment charade, they will officially vote to have this impeachment expunged from the record.

Exactly.

All of this will come to naught, as Trump's record will be as clean as a hound's tooth.

For the record it will be. For Democrats and their mainstream media it won’t. It will be carried on and lied about just like the ‘lying about sex’ line is used to cover for Clinton’s perjury impeachment.

Christianity Today (an evangelical magizine) made a moral case that Trump needs to go. He responded by proving its point.
.
President Donald Trump’s response to Christianity Today’s moral argument for his removal from office illustrated the very reason the prominent evangelical publication concluded he has to go in the first place.
.
The morning after the Christian magazine published an editorial written by editor-in-chief Mark Galli, titled “Trump Should Be Removed from Office,” Trump hit back with tweets that didn’t try to rebut Galli’s reasoning, but instead offered smears and explicitly transactional self-defenses.
.
Trump began by falsely describing Christianity Today, which has a mainstream audience, as “far left” and “very ‘progressive.’” (Although it’s true the publication has been critical of Trump for years, that’s very different from being far left.) He claimed, without evidence, that the magazine “has been doing poorly.” He took gratuitous shots at the Democratic presidential candidates, comparing their faith unfavorably with his own — and ignoring the fact that if the Senate removes him from office, Vice President Mike Pence, not a Democrat, will take his place.
.
Christianity Today “knows nothing about reading a perfect transcript of a routine phone call and would rather have a Radical Left nonbeliever, who wants to take your religion & your guns, than Donald Trump as your President,” Trump tweeted. “No President has done more for the Evangelical community, and it’s not even close. You’ll not get anything from those Dems on stage.”
.
Trump, who is not known to be a voracious reader, ended his response by getting the initials of the publication wrong.
.
“I won’t be reading ET again!” he wrote.

Yeah, a typo certainly overrides a legit and accurate response.

But when this is long gone, the liberals will just cook up another phony "scandal". It isn't like President Trump will just be allowed to rule in peace.

Just to pick a nit, the President of this country is not supposed to “rule”, in peace or otherwise. That's for monarchs and dictators, not for members of a system of government like ours, where the power and authority is divided among three equal branches. Tainted Tommy's allegiance is to a ruler. Our allegiance, as Americans, is not.

Our presidents kind of are kings with term limits

That would be a very temporary situation, ed, I think we both know that.

If the libs get enough votes to dump Trump, they will have enough to dump Pence as well. Within a few days after Trump leaving Washington, Pence would follow him. Pence would realize he might as well skedaddle too, after pardoning the Trump family.

Pence has been described as a "real piece of shit" by your breed, ed.

Not really.

President Trump's respect for evangelicals and evangelicalism are more important than any alleged indiscretions the man may have committed. The Democrats calling these people "white supremacists" "nazis" "scum" and "deplorables" doesn't really do much to get their support.

You had eight years of Obama before Trump, so ya know you lose at times and win at times...

Also McConnell does a mean ass impression of Harry Reid with holding bills up...

Run a candidate that can beat Trump that swing voters will vote for and no Warren and Sanders are not it...

For the record it will be. For Democrats and their mainstream media it won’t. It will be carried on and lied about just like the ‘lying about sex’ line is used to cover for Clinton’s perjury impeachment.

In Mr. Clinton's case, they did actually manage to get him on one genuine, albeit minor, crime, of committing perjury in lying about his sexual activities. Though he wasn't removed from office, this did get him disbarred for life, preventing him from ever again practicing as a lawyer.

For all their drama and theatrics, they didn't actually get even that much against Mr. Trump.
