The best military in the world is the Israeli military and they've allowed " faggots " to serve openly since 1993. Discrimination against the is strictly forbidden and results in a dishonorable discharge for the offenders. Those "men in dresses " you talked about, are allowed to serve with their identified gender. They've even got intersex individuals covered. Although no official military policy prevents intersex individuals from serving, they may be rejected based on medical concerns. That's what it takes to be the best military in the world.
