He Won't Support Medicare For All, But He Got Medicare For One; Trump Touts Disastrous Healthcare System

As his administration actively works to strip insurance coverage from tens of millions of Americans fortunate enough to still have it, President Donald Trump late Monday once again urged the public not to fear the virus that has killed more than a million people across the globe because the U.S. has the "best" healthcare in the world—neglecting to mention he was provided a level of care that is systematically denied those who are unable to afford it.

Karma is a bitch. And I don’t mean the kind of personal karma that Trump may be facing in the next few weeks. I mean the karma that we are all about experience, the kind of Karma that originated in November of 1968, when we first knowingly elevated a libertarian megalomaniac to the presidency.
1968 was the pivotal year in US history. There were two different, and clearly distinct paths laid out before us. There was a new way, a Nation built on the collectivism being espoused by the counter culture and civil rights movements. And there was the old way, a return to the Jim Crow, neo-capitalist order of the first American gilded age. A nation where everyone knew their place.
We chose the latter then, and now we are seeing what 52 years of John Birch society brand, Jim Crow Militant libertarianIsm did to the USA. It should be plainly obvious for all to see now. There is no fixing this US system. It must be torn down, and built on that foundation put forth by our hippy grandparents some 50 plus years ago.
Trump was the logical epitaph for this selfish America.

No one on Medicare gets CLOSE to the treatment Trump got on our dime.

What about those with Federal government health insurance?

Eat shit and die, you needy communist fuck. I would rather flush this fiat currency down the toilet than contribute to the welfare of a POS like you and your I'll.

Yep, being president does have a few perks.

So, the President could get his own insurance, part of the benefits for all Presidents not just Trump. Every other President has used this healthcare and you never cried or bitched about it, now you do. I suggest it is because it is who is President, your selfish partisanship is noted!

We're going to get past this. What we're seeing is the ugly, angry, sputtering last moments of a worldview that simply no longer applies.

Deaths are often difficult, and usually sad, to watch and experience. Unfortunately, this is one of those times. Not pleasant to observe, that's for sure.
Yes, its a bummer that more deadbeats cannot be given free health insurance

libs are never going to accept personal responsibility

Other developed industrialized countries see American idiots like you and just shake their heads at such ignorance.
They laugh at us because they know that getting insured for something is usually relegated to things like cars, houses, boats, businesses...you know...things that you OPT to have rather than something in which you have no choice, like being born. It's simple: If you're human you're going to need healthcare, it's not a choice, it's a fact. This isn't about accepting personal responsibility.

Why don't you post a list of all the countries that have gone broke because of their universal healthcare system.

Go ahead.

Oh they can't touch the care Trump got. And it's not about the care, but Trump's telling people it's no big deal if they get sick because he kicked covid's ass so easily, when …. he did not, at least not with the treatment we'd get.

Do you think Boris Johnson got the same treatment as rest of the UK does on their socialized system?

So if he got slightly less treatment he would be dead?

If you're human you're going to need healthcare, it's not a choice, it's a fact.
True

yet many people never give health insurance a thought as they spend beyond their means till they suddenly need medical attention but realize that they need insurance to pay for it
