It's against Facebook rules for kids under 16 to create a Facebook account. If they do and they are harmed that's on the parents for not monitoring what their kids are doing online.

Seems to open a can of worms but I'll say this for the bill, unlike Florida's social media legislation earlier this year, at least it doesn't contain an exemption for Disney.
