And it's not the first time that the IRS has been used to attack political opponents. The Clinton's were notorious for using it to attack political rivals. Johnson started it by using the IRS to audit everyone that was his political rival during his term in office...but it backfired and the IRS began auditing everyone in political circles....they got Spiro Agnew and then began with Congress....the Clinton's were notorious for deep IRS audits for political rivals regardless of anything appearing amiss or not.

Now the IRS is being used again against the average citizen to attack voters.
