You know damned well who Epps is. It was alleged by some of you right wing asses that he was an FBI plant, for the purpose of inciting the riot. However, that has been debunked. There is no evidence that Epps ever entered the Capital Building. That is why he is not arrested. Next stupid question

He incited a riot! People have been arrested for standing on the grounds.. Not only did rate apps go onto the grounds but he also is on film inciting a riot for two days telling the crowd to go into the capital

Investigations and charges take time. The prosecutors work their way up the food chain from the actual rioters to those who organized it. This is the largest criminal investigation in US history and the charges are hardly bogus. Her is the sworn indictment . Enjoy. This shit is not made up.
