So, here we are over one year into Trump's 2nd presidency and those who said that in 2024 are now looking forward to the midterms. So, it seems pretty obvious that Trump did not destroy democracy after all. If he had, there would be nothing to look forward to for democrats. And, even if you continue claiming that Trump is on his way to destroying democracy but that he just hasn't done it yet then I still ask you the same question. If Trump will have desroyed democracy by the end of this four year term then what good does it do for you to look forward to the midterms if democracy is going to be destroyed anyway, even if you win? Will you now apologize for lying about that?

Trump lost the 2020 election after serving one term. In January 2021 he left the White House and gave Joe Biden the keys to the front door and Biden was president for four years. Trump won the election in 2024 and Joe Biden gave Trump the keys back to the White House's front door. All of you lefties are looking forward to the midterms this year in 2026 so Trump has not damned the elections. Trump has also said he is not running in 2028 and implies that Vance or Rubio would make a good team to be the next president and VP.
