There is one thing that is inherent in ALL types of fascism and it is not nationalism as many may think. For example, the fascist dictatorships of Latin America were not characterized by nationalism. What unites all types of fascism is that they all emerge as a response of the financial bourgeoisie to the rise of leftist movements when they threaten their rule. Capitalism is pregnant with fascism. It's its natural response to the threat to its existence.“Many experts agree that fascism is a mass political movement that emphasizes extreme nationalism, militarism, and the supremacy of the nation over the individual.
And since economic crises, as an indispensable feature of capitalism, lead to the deterioration of the situation of the people and the spread of the struggle against the existing regimes, it is also inevitable that the capitalist upper class reacts by creating military organizations of anti-communist orientation for the armed struggle against the threat to the power of Capital. This is when fascism manifests itself, in periods of capitalist crisis.
