The problem is that this administration isn’t just going after illegal immigrants or prioritizing immigrants who committed major crimes and should be deported. It is also totally bypassing due process meaning when an immigrant is wrongly deported, it can be catastrophic for that person.

The ILLEGAL immigrant in question had already had his due process and had a deportation order issued. The Biden Administration stayed that order, the Trump Administration unstayed the order and deported him. The Honduran government now refuses to extradite him back to the USA and the judge has no power to order them to do so.
