Hartford latest U.S. city on the brink of bankruptcy

Haven't had a republican mayor since 1971 and city is 85% NON WHITE. No surprise when a minority of people actually own property and pay taxes that you are going bankrupt. Its what happens when you have more parasites than taxpayers. Enjoy!
