Might makes right/no diplomacy. No questioning big business. No benefits for the poor. It's the American way.

Actually, only 1 division (12,000) muslims joined the SS during WWIIIsrael paid a price for having a country. Muslims from every corner of the Middle East joined Hitler 's SS in 1939 for the purpose of assisting in the murders of all Jews in Europe.
Obama and Reid block bipartisan bill... I'm sure the Israel, Jew haters will Like Obama a little more now
The Iran nuclear deal is in place. And Senate majority leader Harry Reid is preventing the Senate from voting on Iran sanctions to be implemented in case the Iran deal fails. Reid is holding up the vote at the urging of President Obama.
The Emergency Committee for Israel is calling on Reid to allow a vote on the sanctions bill that's supported by many Democrats and Republicans, and well over half of the Senate.
"Who says President Obama isn't tough?" ECI asks in its statement.
"With today's announcement of an implementation agreement with Iran, President Obama has shown a willingness to be tough in confronting the pro-Israel majority in Congress, threatening to veto any legislation that would punish Iranian deception or prevent the White House from acquiescing to a bad deal with Iran.
"With Iran, on the other hand, Obama is willing to accept an agreement that weakens even the original bad deal he announced two months ago. It is a deal that guarantees a permanent Iranian nuclear weapons capability and grants a new concession by allowing Iran to continue developing ever more advanced centrifuges during the talks. It is a deal that, as Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister boasted today, rolls back nothing and means Iran 'can return to the previous situation within a day.'

We've never fought a war for Israel.
Yeah. Right.
Link it.
Good for our President and Harry Reid
After decades of trying, we finally got a deal in place with Iran. Passing such a bill only threatens and already tenuous agreement
There is no reason for a new sanctions bill at this time
They had time before
What the bill does is provide an opportunity to scale back. If they do....great
If not.....Sanctions are easy to put back in place
Passing this stupid bill at this time is provacative and only serves to push Iran back to where they were
Sanctions probably won't do anything, but they give a small glimmer of hope, as opposed to the plan right now, which is do nothing.
Sanctions have "done something". Iran has a more moderate government and is open to doing deals.

You claim this is a bipartisan bill -- could you point to the part of the story that show who is likely to support the bill in the Senate.
Also, the "Jew-Hater" comment is ignorant as this move is obviously more about diplomacy and not wanting to jump the gun.
Lastly, you are aware that under Obama there have been covert operations to scuttle the Iran nuclear labs via computer virus sabotage?
26 senators defy Obama, back Iran sanctions bill
More than a quarter of the Senate defied President Barack Obama on Thursday by introducing legislation that could raise sanctions on Iran, and compel the United States to support Israel if it launches a pre-emptive attack on the Iranian nuclear program.
The bill, sponsored by 13 Democrats and 13 Republicans, sets sanctions that would go into effect if Tehran violates the nuclear deal it reached with world powers last month or lets it expire without a long-term accord. The measures include a global boycott on Iranian oil exports within one year and the blacklisting of Iran's mining, engineering and construction industries.
The goal, according to supporters, is to strengthen the negotiating leverage of the Obama administration as it seeks to pressure Iran into a comprehensive agreement next year that would eliminate the risk of the Islamic republic developing nuclear weapons. But it could also create added complications for U.S. negotiators, who promised Iran no new economic sanctions for the duration of the six-month interim pact that was finalized on Nov. 24 in Geneva.
"Current sanctions brought Iran to the negotiating table and a credible threat of future sanctions will require Iran to cooperate and act in good faith at the negotiating table," said Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., who spearheaded the effort with Sen. Mark Kirk, R-Ill.
Kirk called the draft law "an insurance policy to defend against Iranian deception."
The Obama administration has furiously lobbied Congress not to impose new sanctions, even on a conditional basis, saying the increased economic pressure could force Iran to withdraw from the negotiating process and strain ties between the United States and its key negotiating partners Britain, China, France, Germany and Russia. Washington is banking on these countries to persuade Tehran into accepting a final package that would ease trade, financial and oil restrictions if the country severely rolls back its uranium enrichment activity and other elements of its nuclear

America does not want another war in the Middle East. Get over it, conservative couch colonels. You guys are so phony. Iran with nuclear weapons is no threat to the US, and we can easily contain them.
Thank goodness Mitt lost. We'd be bogged down in Syria, and mired in Iran, by now if he'd won. You conservative morons haven't learned a thing from your Iraq War mistake.
Didn't say they were. Muslims engaged in murdering the Jews and participating in their demise is well known and documented by the Germans, who were proud of their assassination of the Jewish people of Europe. They documented every last detail, and the evidence they left is irrefutable.Actually, only 1 division (12,000) muslims joined the SS during WWIIIsrael paid a price for having a country. (which was a tiny number compared to the 10's of millions of soldiers who fought in the war)
Besides, they were from Bosnia, which is a part of europe not the middle east.
Also, Bosnians are not arabs. ...

This is a time we are allowing the carrot to work
Right. Check's in the mail and I'll respect you in the morning.

Seems we worry more about a country that sometime in the future may or may not develop nuclear weapons, while turning a blind eye to rogue countries with nuclear weapons like North Korea and Pakistan. That cannot be explained or dismissed as an oversight.
