Hammer and Scorecard EVIDENCE: The Moment the Vote-Flipping Occurs on CNN

The term “vote-flipping” is the term election integrity activists use for election hacking which causes a vote-counting machine to illegitimately add votes to one candidate while subtracting them from another. Because the number of total votes in a precinct or other jurisdiction must remain constant or risk exposure, it is important that votes are not simply added to the desired candidate, but also subtracted in the same proportion from the other.

In the two screen shots below, notice how in the top one, time stamp 3:06 in video, the vote totals are 673,948 for Beshear (D) and 662,235 for Bevin (R.) But a moment later, after the update, the totals are now 674,508 for Beshear, and 661,675 for Bevin. Bevin has gone down by 560 votes, exactly the number that Beshear has gone up by.

This analysis takes place as Trump legal team member Sidney Powell, recent video broadcasts below, prepares to allege a massive machine vote-hacking operation in the US which is enabled by the programs codenamed “Hammer” and “Scorecard,” which were created to interfere in foreign elections when it was in the US national interest to do so. Then watch as US Air Force General Thomas Mcinnerney (ret.) discusses how the programs were meant to be used in foreign operations but never on US citizens.

As of September 2019, Dominion voting machines are used in 2,000 jurisdictions in 33 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. They are used significantly in all the key swing states of GA, AZ, PA, NV, and MI.

Actually, it was a 39,316 vote switch in about 30 seconds. Trump lost half and Biden got them.
