Pre-screening photographs do not tell much in the way of Common Article application (Non-combatants 'vs' Combatants).\

All we can tell from these photographs is the number of detainees and the probable fact that none of them have explosive/suicide vests (initial screening).

The photographs (appear to) show the detainees in a transition state, awaiting the order of march for second-level screening for high-value targets, and the obvious non-combatant in the mix. No one wants these rascals to become entangled with essentials moving forward → while trying to road-march these captured enemy combatants to the rear to avoid other security issues.

One must suspect that these are pictures of the fresh captured at the time the imagery was taken. There do not seem to be any food rations, water tanks/lister bags, or pallets of tubes containing water in the photos.

The intensive Israeli bombardment probably blocked a lot of the tunnel entries & exits, as well as blocking their ventilation with debris.

They turned Hamas' tunnels from a tactical advantage to a death trap for the Hamas fighters.
