takes money from poor nation
brings on great sorrow​

there is no freedom
in paying taxes to crooks
hurts everybody​

corona virus
spreads with so little effort
from victim sneezing​

daily suffering
balanced by sure remedies
remembered or void​

dangerous threats made
against supreme justices
"you won't know what hit"​

kitten affection
warm whiskers Persian kit wears
leaning on the foot​

carefree yesterdays
smitten by illness and death
of both young and old

prayers for survivors
who must now fend for themselves
may they be strengthened​
