cool breezes fall in the air

through field and strolling by stream
peregrination​

sing soul resplendent
arriving on winged fire
mundane pain removed​

cerebral grays of autumn
celestial clutter

hesitates on designing
arbitrarily​

proud emanations
arbitrary decisions
inevitable​

thick fog in daylight
following nights with some rain
calendar waning

dog-walking music
resplendent, shiny black coat
everywhere at once​

those flighty egrets
bon voyage destination
Caribbean isles

they have been absent
three days, no preening nor play
majestic wings gone

may god watch over
snowy egrets, great herons
and great egret clans

maybe our small lake
will refill in winter rains
for fish food future
