No.....there are very few mentally ill people who are a danger to other people...and after these events, we always find out that their doctors, family and police already knew who they were and that all three groups failed to deal with them before they murdered other people...this Florida shooter was exactly the case....local, state, and federal law enforcement knew who he was and were given specific warnings.....the school knew he was violent and dangerous and had broken the law on campus...but used obama policies to not have him arrested....
