It's official. Google Maps has so decreed.

Key point.

The President of the United States does not have the authority to make, or change the name of anything that is NOT in the United States.

The world laughed at Trump, and is laughing at the parochial American fools who think this kind of idiotic jingoism is anything other than cheap entertainment for little minds.

Call it whatever you want. Its a very polluted body of water.

It can be called the Gulf of America in American adjacent waters, the Gulf of Mexico to the south for all I care.

Actually, it should be called the Gulf of the Americas, which it is.

Your a hack !

I mean who gives a F-n-F what OMB says or does ?

Yeah thats right the LIBs do...which is kinda funny because they give OMB the most attention...which he clearly seeks

That would be the best name, but Trump is Trump, and that's the name unless a Democrat wins back the White House

Saying that people from other countries including Mexico "will" continue to use the old name is incorrect. They "can" use the old name if they want to. There is a difference.

Trump is Progging with you.

There is a fairly good number of places, islands, bodies of water, and so on that are known by different names by different countries. Remember the Maldives/Falkland Islands? The West Bank vs Judea and Samaria (correct me if I'm wrong).

I suggested to The Donald that if he had a bug up his ass about this, he should call that gulf the "Gulf of the Americas."

But alas...

Are you saying your beloved left-wing website Google is wrong?

You sure loved Google before you hated it. :laughing0301:

What?

Now you're assigning ideology to a search engine.

Typical right wing tribalism.

The world laughs at people like you.

It is a body of water surrounded by the three Americas.

North America
Central America
South America.

Mexico is part of North America.

**** Mexico and **** you.

Much better choice than naming a bunch of crap after the drug addict George Floyd.

There you go. We can compromise on the Arabian/Persian Gulf too. Just call it the Towelhead gulf.
