DHS has sent Google, Meta and other companies hundreds of subpoenas for information on accounts that track ICE

I don't support this but Democrats were the ones who opened Pandora's box by colluding with social media to ban or suspend anyone who questioned the vaccine or voicing a different narrative.

Can you be specific? Like what he did specifically, when he did it, how he did it and in support of what specific politic AND ideological goals?
Sure when to stalk law enticement busted out their taillights

Even if you and many others don't like the idea that Pretti was armed and carrying X number of rounds, doing so was not unlawful for him as a concealed carry license holder in Minnesota. Not even when monitoring the activities of a federal government agency, specifically ICE.

Smashing out an ICE vehicle's taillight is a property crime, whether it's a misdemeanor or felony I'm not sure, but nothing you've stated so far constitutes domestic terrorism or rises to the level where shooting him 10 times in the back was appropriate, let alone lawful.

Sure, it's not unlawful for terrorist to do a lot of things.

Property crimes, can be terrorist acts.....not sure why you think it can't be

Left wing terrorism and obstruction of law enforcement.
I'm pretty sure there is no such statute with the title "domestic terrorism". It simply is not a law therefore if it doesn't exist, meaning it cannot be violated nor can it be against the law.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'd love to see it but as I've mentioned before Tim McVeigh blew up a federal building that included a day care center killing 167 people almost two dozen of whom were children and he wasn't charged with domestic terrorism.

Protesting is protected 1st amendment activity so except for Pretti allegedly smashing the taillight on an ICE vehicle none of the rest of what your alleging against him was seen on the video when ICE shot & killed him.

You're on the wrong side, not because you should be on the side of the protestors, but because you should NOT be on the side of a government who kills its own citizen, not in self-defense, and then blatantly lies about what everyone saw them do.

No, they cannot use a subpoena in place of a warrant.
They don’t need a warrant if a subpoena is honored

They are two different things

Sometimes a honored subpoena might lead to a search warrant later
