Al Gore's carbon footprint for his three mansions and jetting across the globe is greater than that of many American small towns.the prophet of AGW, the great algore, said that by now all of florida and much of the east coast would be under water and there would be no ice at either pole----------he lied and the idiots on the left believed him and sent him their money.
Those snowflakes in Greenland need to man-up.China is melting Greenland
I remember when Al Gore was VP and he put in instant hot water in the VP Mansion. A very big user of energy but at least the SOB didn't have wait until the water warmed up.the prophet of AGW, the great algore, said that by now all of florida and much of the east coast would be under water and there would be no ice at either pole----------he lied and the idiots on the left believed him and sent him their money.
He did not.the prophet of AGW, the great algore, said that by now all of florida and much of the east coast would be under water and there would be no ice at either pole----------he lied and the idiots on the left believed him and sent him their money.
Or keep 40 gallons of water hot while he was overseas for weeks at a time.I remember when Al Gore was VP and he put in instant hot water in the VP Mansion. A very big user of energy but at least the SOB didn't have wait until the water warmed up.
Not exactly. Technically the ice age began ~3 million years ago and we are still in an ice age. We are not in a glacial period like they predicted. We are still in an interglacial period. But as soon as the AMOC collapses you're going to see some cold temps starting in the northern hemisphere. So we're not in an Ice Age right now like the climate scientists were prediciting back then, amirite?![]()
Cool story bro.Little activity had been seen in the North Greenland ice sheets but a new study (at Rapid disintegration and weakening of ice shelves in North Greenland - Nature Communications) finds that they've lost 35% of their total volume since 1978. Just as has been seen in Antarctica, the loss of the ice sheets causes the formerly bottlenecked glaciers to radically accelerate their slide into the ocean.

Alarming collapse of Greenland ice shelves sparks warning of sea level rise
Three of North Greenland's eight enormous ice shelves have already undergone complete collapse.www.livescience.com
"Until now, not much melting has been observed in Greenland's north, and scientists believed the ice there was relatively stable. To investigate further, the researchers fed a combination of satellite and field observations into a climate model. Their results revealed a chilling picture: Rising ocean temperatures had caused the ice shelves holding back North Greenland's glaciers to lose more than 35% of their total volume since 1978. Most of the loss was driven by warm water melting the ice shelves from underneath, while calving events — where blocks of ice break away from the shelf as icebergs — also contributed to the reduction. And if oceans continue to warm, the shelves could be pushed into a dramatic collapse, the researchers said."
read his stupid book of lies, that is exactly what he said, read it and then come back and admit that you are wrong. He did not.
Show us the chapter and verse. I don't have any of his books but I guess you do.read his stupid book of lies, that is exactly what he said, read it and then come back and admit that you are wrong.
It would be closer to the truth to say it is not shrinking at a radical pace. The collapse of its ice sheets from thinning by warm ocean water and the resultant acceleration of its major glaciers is having a significant impact on sea level rise.90% of the ice on Earth is on Antarctica. It is still growing. In 2021 Antarctica had its coldest year in recorded history. Read up about the Earth's precession and how it affects the the
Sun's heat reaching the North and South polar regions. The alarmists are full of hot air.
Coal is sooty and increase albedo which melts more ice right?
Go to a library or check it out on Kindle, An inconvenient truth is the name of his made up book full of lies and propaganda to make you libs fund his scam, and you do it willingly, brainless fools.Show us the chapter and verse. I don't have any of his books but I guess you do.
nice theory but its not happening. The Oceans are not rising. you have been duped, accept reality. It would be closer to the truth to say it is not shrinking at a radical pace. You've seen the data. Do you think those are just manufactured? Do you have other, more reliable data that show it isn't?nice theory but its not happening. The Oceans are not rising. you have been duped, accept reality.
`So wouldn't the same thing have happened in the previous interglacial period? The seas were 26ft higher. And CO2 didn't cause that.
