So when you say 100 percent guilty just know that a significant number of the GJ didn't even agree that a crime might have been committed when Halligan was the only one presenting the case, this without a judge or a defense to control what she said. When she according to the magistrate judge simply misstated the law to them and the evidence presented had numerous very serious problems attached.

I would have liked nothing better than a trial. If for no other reason that the things Halligan did are so far beyond the pale for a prosecutor that IF the judge actually ruled on this she would probably have to join the collection of people who lost their law license doing Trump's bidding. It's that egregious.
