Why do you think I am making this thread on this forum? I am trying to raise awareness. But people just side with the government without thinking and be like, " either you obey the laws or else. Doesn't matter how unreasonable the laws are".

The history and present of this country make your question invalid. Like I said, if everything had been the same for everybody, then you could ask that question but when we have laws on the books and whites are still doing this:

I reviewed well over a thousand resumes for all kinds of positions. Everything from Secretaries to Engineering Managers. Both Salary and Hourly. I always culled out the resumes with Black Ethnic names. Never shortlisted anybody with a Black Ethnic name. Never hired them.”

I am actually not white.

The government has no business making sure stuff like that doesn't happen. If the government itself wants to not discriminate, it can do that. But it shouldn't compel private entities to do the same. This is the government forcing its brand of morality on people. And it's wrong.

The government did not give people a free nation. The ones who built this nation are people, actual Americans. The fact you think the government is what made the country what it is today, is laughable.
