A fair question for Trump, When will he refund the illegal tariff taxes that he charged the American people?

Trump is loath to give back the ill gotten gains he received from his illegal Tariff tax escapade. I think a fair settlement would be a 2% tax credit on Adjusted Gross Income for all income tax filers in 2027. I would not object to a higher number for American business, perhaps 3-5% of gross sales for the tax year 2026. Of course, we'll probably have to sue his sorry ass to get it!

Bigly!!!

Courts will have to resolve that in subsequent litigation not before the court at the time the SCOTUS ruled (i.e. they couldn't agree how that would be done so they punted on that aspect of the case.)

Not only will you have to sue, you’ll have to fight all of his subsequent appeals, all the way to the Supreme Court, if they’ll take the case. That’s been Trump’s history throughout his entire business career. He will appeal every ruling that goes against him, until he runs out of courts that will accept his appeals.

Not really sure your point. Who doesn’t appeal a ruling they don’t like that goes against them?

Will Joe Biden return the tax money I paid him for the stupid bullshit "infrastructure" bill and endless aid to Ukraine?

Most of the evidence shows that importers ate the majority of the tariffs and did not pass them along to customers. However, the importers who paid the tariffs are the ones getting the tariff rebates so, if those importers passed any of those tariffs onto consumers, then the consumers would have to collect that money from the importers.
