Science tells us that what Dims say they want to do to curb global warming is like putting a band aid on a cancer. The Paris Accord Trump pulled out of scientists say would have done next to nothing to curb global warming but would have hurt the US economy and autonomy a great deal.

1. on global warming, I've heard from both the older Democrat Liberals, the Libertarians
and Greens, and the older conservative Republicans as well that the OLDER patterns of
the earth and natural changes, and even the industry and agricultural work it takes to
feed the world's populations is already beyond what would be addressed by just the
SELECT issues argued by global warming politics. The problem is BIGGER than what
is being argued politically. So that's why both sides DISAGREE ON THE SCIENCE.
It's not that neither believes in science but they BOTH argue USING science to defend different conclusions.

2. Conservatives and Christians I know are arguing
that LIBERALS and LGBT aren't including SCIENCE
with both the GENDER issue of defining gender by genetics and science
and with the Right to Life issue of defining human beings by physical biology and process.

It's not that people are ignoring science
but focusing on different angles of human nature.
Gender Identity is based on internal personality and spiritual processes
beyond just the physical anatomy. Science could one day prove that something
is happening in the womb to affect the NEUROLOGICAL wiring that influences
someone's gender id or sexual orientation, but SCIENCE can also PROVE that
spiritual healing therapy has CHANGED some people's orientation or identity.

ignoring the science of spiritual healing, and purporting that
homosexual orientation is ALWAYS natural and can never be changed,
I'd say the complaints AGAINST liberals are easier to prove.

The global warming arguments are harder to prove on both sides,
so in that case, I believe it's more productive and effective to stick to
correcting problems with pollution, cost effective sustainable energy

Dear deanrd
Before you can hold someone to account for what they espouse,
they'd have to state it first. So this is a first step, to find out what
people really believe and support.

(the next step after that: then I prefer that among our stated beliefs and committed purposes,
we find ways or points of AGREEMENT so we can hold and help each other to fulfill THOSE
points we actually AGREE are more important, productive, and worthy of support and efforts.
So we don't waste each other's time arguing over things we don't really care about or believe in.
If we can find those areas, that's where we can direct our Govt resources to invest in, instead
of fighting over areas we don't believe in supporting. I hope this way we can save public resources
by finding and directing our attention there, and asking Govt to follow where these solutions lead.)

Here's another area (besides the global warming)
that both sides argue the other interpretation is wrong
and are saying the exact opposite of each other!

How can this be deanrd The conservatives
I know including those in CA argue it's the liberal approach
that is bankrupting that state and sending liberals flocking to
Texas to take advantage of the property-owernship based
capitalistic culture of Texas to be able to live and thrive.

Which way is it?
Fascinating that both sides blame the other for economic issues.

The Texas argument is that because the state economy is so strong
the communities are able to SUPPORT more liberal freeloading
while in CA it's bankrupting the property owners with overspending on the
lax school, prison and mental health systems (which my liberal friends
in TX say is better developed while Texas is backwards and wasting
money on failed criminal justice and mental health systems that fail)

It's only because property owners and capitalists are carrying these
economies that the states survive. So Texas boasts better economic
policies while claiming CA is bleeding taxpayers to death and punishing
businesses and property owners to keep FUNDING NANNY GOVT that is way overbudget.

I hope you were not sarcastic but serious.
I will be sadly disappointed if you are just
mocking the insanity of the situation.

I find it double offensive and damaging
because of the discrimination going on!

I take this SO SERIOUSLY I offered to
SUE the Democratic Party for "conspiring
to violate equal civil rights" (by "Discrimination
by Creed") where such conspiracy can legally
be argued as a FELONY. When Democratic
members, leaders, sponsors, donors, voters
and advocates COLLECTIVELY fund and lobby
for legislation to "push through Govt" that
Establishes their beliefs while penalizing
excluding and discriminating against people
of opposing beliefs, I'm saying that's a Civil
Rights violation, and a whole organization
of people doing it to abuse govt to violate
equal civil rights constitutes a FELONY.

Are you serious or what? I am!

Hope more people start taking this seriously
because I am sick of the double standard
that is sending and teaching the wrong message,
abusing media govt and party, and causing extensive
and expensive damage to repair with the messes
made by these biases in policy and punishments.

Oh my God. These Republicans are hilarious. Scary, but hilarious.
They posted statistics showing that Americans aren’t as good as in math or science or whatever. And what they’re showing is the results of what kids from other countries have been studying, which is common core.
So they’re saying look, our students don’t do as well as students that have common core and we don’t want our students to have common core because it’s too restrictive.
And then they say our students should learn math science English and list the subjects which is basically common core. So what they’re doing is they’re arguing against common core and then putting up statistics saying this is what our students should be learning and the statistics they put up are the results of common core. They have no idea what they’re talking about.....again.

Here Dean gets smacked by facts again. People who actually study this , rather than just being retired engineers who always defend everything Democrat, are also concerned that Common Core isn't doing what it was supposed to do (that being make our schools competitive world wide)

It’s not that easy fighting Republicans constantly. Look at what they did to Obama. Publicly announcing that they would do everything they could to destroy his presidency even if it hurt the country. These are the people you’re dealing with. They hate blacks more than they love their own children.
