I've not heard of anyone describing racial dysphoria in the same way as describing gender dysphoria. Moreover, you already pointed out that you don't even understand what it means to "live as a black person". As for plastic surgeries, I don't think you need to have an excuse to have those done. In east Asia, it is common for women to get a surgery to change a single eyelid into a double eyelid which makes them look more Caucasian. No one gets that freaked out about it.

We all agree gender dysphoria exists, the only question is what to do about it. No one is denying biology. We are merely trying to figure out how to best treat people who are afflicted with something that the rest of us should empathize with.
