Most people are omega-3 deficient, and too much omega-6 is a contributing factor.
Because of this, its generally best to reduce consumption of seed oils and use EVOO or avocado oil where possible, and raise consumption of omega-3 oils. But youre not going to hear this from the seed oil industry.

The issue is the mRNA vaccines were touted as safe via all the data on non-mRNA vaccines, so it was a switch job.
