'Good guy' shoots, kills, and stops mass shooting when man began firing into a crowd with AR-15

If the idiot teacher had not propped the door open in violation of security protocols, the shooter would not have gained entry, moron.

And the idea a teacher left the door propped open doesn't answer why multiple doors were unlocked.

Officers arrived at the school at 11:44 a.m., but when they went to confront the gunman, they received fire and took cover, Escalon said. Three law enforcement officers went in the same door the shooter used to enter the school and four went through another school entrance, DPS spokesperson Chris Olivarez

It's almost as if teachers and school staff are trained in other areas besides security and situational battlefield awareness.

Governor Abbott was proud that they passed laws in 2019 and 2021 to harden the schools, and train teachers in active shooter situations. They even allowed them to do live drills.

I guess the teachers weren't graded on following procedure.

The "nutter" Uvalde shooter would have passed any background check.
Only because the Republicans and the NRA don't let psychiatrists, the police, teachers, counselors, neighbors or relatives file complaints that would even temporarily disqualify somebody from buying a gun.

Had Ramos broken any laws that would have disqualified him from obtaining a firearm?

Because we know how you fuckers will abuse red flag laws. Anyone can report someone on the red flag laws you want to push, even old ex's

If there's no death, suffering, or violence of any kind.......the media can't make their blood money off of it.
It don't draw eyeballs to the TV to drive ad revenue unless a bunch of people are wailing & crying over dead loved-ones cut down in their prime. It's even more compelling with men in uniform running around shiny police & fire vehicles with lots of flashing lights twirling on top.

Corporate needs you to watch their ads to program you to buy their crap. That's why News medias #1 rules is "If it Bleeds it Leads"!!!

And anyone falsely accused under those red flag laws could sue the person who accused them for $$$$$$$$$$. In addition to the person making a false accusations being guilty of a misdemeanor or felony.

I would add being a high school dropout to be a disqualifier until they get a GED or reach 21 years old. Call it a reason to stay in school.

But which 'laws' had he broken that would have kept him from getting a firearm?
The answer of course is, he hadn't broken any laws that would have kept him from obtaining the rifles, nothing was done incorrectly.

Thanks for pointing out we need more laws.

The laws we don't have yet regarding better universal background checks, a better reporting system, and very, very severe penalties for gun dealers not applying them correctly and at all times.

It's as if you are running headfirst into the point without realizing it.
