This entire story was a huge lie.
First...the girl could have received an abortion in Ohio.
Second, the mother wanted an out of state abortion to avoid reporting that it was HER BOYFRIEND that raped her 10 year old girl.
Third...the abortionist USED this poor girl to advance their agenda by releasing the details to the media...and now the VICTIM is being traumatized a second time
Fourth...the Indiana abortionist listed the age of the rapist as 17...and as far as I know did not list the name of the rapist...which the mother obviously knew...as she was dating him and pregnant by him.
Lastly...the Ohio doctor never even checked to determine with a specialist in Ohio about treatments available in Ohio...they COULDN'T WAIT to make a tragic event into a political statement...because like the OP...they are trash.
The receipts...

Q & A: What we know about case of 10-year-old Ohio girl who sought abortion in Indiana

Wrong.
Here are the actual Ohio exceptions:
{...
An explainer issued by Ohio AG Dave Yost’s office Thursday said there are three exemptions to the state’s heartbeat law that bans abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected, approximately six weeks into a pregnancy and before many women know they are pregnant.
Yost says there are three exemptions to the abortion ban:
- Cases of ectopic pregnancy
- Cases that would cause death of the mother
- Cases that cause a serious risk of substantial, irreversible impairment to a major bodily function of the mother
Age or rape are NOT included as an exemption to the law.
