That's a well-known falsehood, given the simple fact that indicting Trump will not prevent people from voting for him, and there is no way Trump, even if convicted, will ever see a jail cell. I think this is a well established fact by anyone in the know.

And tell them to buy gold line gold (for which he himself was a major stockholder) because the gold could be melted down and used for currency once society collapses.
What he failed to tell his viewers was that gold line gold has almost no value as gold, 99.9% of its value comes from it's status as antique. Gold Line executives ended up being charged with felony fraud and false advertisement, and Beck was facing those same charges, but somehow got off, but was fired by Fox due to them being sued as well.
