Certainly in the UK, state education and most teachers are shit. They've never ever got to grips with bullying and never will.
Secondly which sounds bad, the young girl has no quality of life now, she should have been allowed to go and not resuscitated.

According to the Google search here, she is still alive, but she is permanently disabled. The sixth entry on the list page is where I saw that said, and it went up on a website named BlackNews.com on November 24th.some article said she did eventually die.
