The issue is when people get blamed, it seems the whole group does and there are a majority who are innocent. But movements happen. At this moment it is "Deplorables" and "Dregs", which include most groups. But the white people are the main targets, particularly white males. When the bottom falls out it most likely go to individual groups like we have seen in the past.
