Breitbart News has contacted election officials in several of Georgia’s 159 counties and asked. Only a small number of counties.
Imagine they ignore them as are they obligated to provide that information to a news source such as Breitbart
Its not a court order and not requested by the government. So why should they stop and look for something that a news organization is requesting. Unless they got time on there hands and nothing else to do.
Breitbart seems to believe that they can request anything and people are obliged to comply. Its a fishing expedition and if they want it they should be charged for manpower that will be used for speculation.
Lets find a mistake where someone forgot to sign something and a reason that they should throw out all the ballots. Several counties of the 156 counties.
I bet they asked all the areas where democrat vote was the strongest and then they didn't want to bother areas that had mostly republican votes.
Well if they were fair and bias then it might be believable.
Poor stupid commie, States have FOIA laws too.
.
In the article I do not see where they requested information under the FOIA. For all we know they sent an email or made a call. It is a process that requires request in whatever format that is used. As with anything there are exceptions. IF they refuse then the legal option remains and will require a court t0 intervene.
So a simple statement that they have FOIA is ignoring whether this news agents did a formal request because the article would be so much stronger if they had said that they submitted FOIA to the state.

show me the paperwork as it has to be submitted as such.
Several of the 159 counties, well if your going to make a significant claim then you should get a larger sampling.
Why wouldn't they respond if they weren't trying to hide something, like not having the required documents and collection tapes?
