For anyone interested in that case where GZ's first violent tendencies were shown, and he was arrested (where that first porker mug shot we all saw of him in the orange shirt happened...)
The officer who arrested Zimmerman in 2005 is Officer Paul Fleischman.

You can see it right there on page three of the above link: Paul Monroe Fleischman.
That's where he stated in the charging document:
Quote:
“
I identified myself as a state police officer and showed Zimmerman my badge and asked him to leave the area. He stated,
‘I don’t care who you are.’ I again asked Zimmerman to leave, he then stated
"**** you"
at that time I attempted to escort Zimmerman away from the interview room and he struggled away from me and pushed my arms away with his hands. After a short struggle with Zimmerman, he was placed in handcuffs and detained.”
And what did GZ say about it?
==========
Serino: So you didn’t know he was law enforcement?
Zimmerman: No.
Serino: OK.
Zimmerman: No, he didn’t have his badge on at all.

Which takes us to this. FBI accounts from the other officers who were there.
Five of 'em. All cops there at the sting.

FBI Civil Rights Investigation:
In July of 2005, Fannin, Lent, Gilmore, Fleischman, and their Capt. George Garzone, performed an undercover operation at a bar near the university of Florida known as Knight's Library. During the operation, an underage undercover operator went into the bar, attempted to purchase, and was sold alcoholic beverages. As a result, multiple bar employees were removed from the establishment and placed under arrest.
While the state law enforcement officers were processing the prisoners, GEORGE ZIMMERMAN approached one of the prisoners and asked the prisoner what was going on. Fleichman informed GEORGE ZIMMERMAN he was a state law enforcement agent, showed GEORGE ZIMMERMAN his badge, and told him to wait off to the side and Fliechman would explain to him what was going on after the agents were finished with the prisoners.
GEORGE ZIMMERMAN had an angry demeanor, and told Flicheman he did not care who he was. Fleichman attempted to escort GEORGE ZIMMERMAN away from the scene. GEORGE ZIMMERMAN then shoved Fleicherman, at which point all of the agents working together pushed GEORGE ZIMMERMAN onto the hood of Fannin's car and placed him under arrest for BATTERY on a Law Enforcement Officer.
All five Law Enforcement Officers saying George was lying.
Again.
We all know how much George lies.
