Houston police identify man wanted for killing attorney at McDonald's

Houston elected a sicko dyke Mayor who then thought she could force church pastors to turn over their sermons to her on demand for editing. That didn't go well for her. But her fellow degenerates and fetishists no doubt still think that is legal.

Victim was white of course; no surprise there, but it won't be called a hate crime.

Refused to be mau-maued by a newly released convict racist hood rat with a lengthy rap sheet.

Can someone with a felony conviction own a gun?

Texas law and federal law say different things.

Texas law says no, but it contains an exception. Section 46.04 of the Texas Penal Code makes it illegal for someone convicted of a felony to possess a firearm. If more than 5 years have passed since completing their prison sentence (including parole or probation), the law allows possessing a firearm at home.

Federal law does not contain that exception. It prohibits anyone who was convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for longer than a year from possessing any firearm. The definitions in federal law say this excludes misdemeanors punishable by imprisonment for 2 years or less. See 18 U.S. Code 922(g) and 18 U.S. Code 921(20).

yeah another black on white hate crime of course

Partly true; they still argue over is a Jew and who isn't even today, which is more than weird. probably why more than half of those who still identify as Jewish are secular and not religious.

I am Jewish and I cannot stand the leftist schmuckstein types

I think Dallas is ok but still has a lot of blacks

DAL probably has mostly the good ones that are available?

Even in Africa they have good decent honorable Blacks. But here in America, 50 years of DEM BS has polluted their minds to mush. Now 1/2 of the males are locked up, or on probation/parole. DEMs destroyed an entire group of Americans.

Dallas is the most Gay Friendly City East of West Hollywood .

It was George Bush who sent them to Houston, with free bus tickets and $2,500 in their pockets. In any case, they were also shipped to other states. Those that got shipped to small towns fared a lot better than those that got shipped to ghetto shitholes like Houston; broke the gang culture cycle they were in in NO for the most part.
