Someone 12 or under. A minor is under 18.Define a child.
Of course that's different for criminal law.

This is problematic as it advocates illegal activity in a positive manner. This book positively depicts a man well over twenty fondling the penis of a fourteen year old boy. It is recommended (by people who would recommend this book at all) for ages 12 - 18.
Only in high school libraries. However I would not permit it as I would object to any book showing illegal activity with minors in a positive light.Kids do grow up at different rates. But do you want the book banned for all ages ?
I would object to that book on the same grounds and same terms permitting it in public libraries. What would happen if a poster were promoting a book aimed at children depicting a very young girl giving a blowjob instead of a very young boy?
Not only would the reactions from the left be TOTALLY different, but USMB would not persecute those offended by it, either.
There wouldnt be many books in your library. There should be no depictions of oral sex or any sex of any type in a library.
That is way way way out of line.
The age of consent is 16, They are not minrs and are permitted to marrry.Someone 12 or under. A minor is under 18.

Romeo and Juliet anyone? Greek myths?

Well Bob if you were academically gifted ,or even applied yourself in school, you would have a better job with better working conditions.
What explicit sexual content is found in those sources?
Do you only have, have you only ever read, do you only know, of books that contain explicit content depicting oral sex?
The overwhelming vast majority of books that I have ever read contain no such content at all.
I suppose this tells us something that we didn't want to know, but are not going to find at all surprising, about your taste in “literature”.
And by the way…
What do you do for a living? From what grand profession do you look down on mine?
There wouldnt be many books in your library.
They are still legally considered minors. The age of consent depends on the state. The age of consent is 16, They are not minrs and are permitted to marrry.
I dont think it would be for everyone and kids who want to access porn can get it on their phone.
They were both minors under 15 I believe.Where is the pornography in Romeo and juliet? The play was written when the average life expectancy was 33.
Greek myths? I suggest you review. What explicit sexual content is found in those sources?
That's hyper incorrect. Roman slaves were used and abused. The father was legally able to kill his wife and children.Even the Roman's, who are notorious for their debauchery, protected children.
Zinc seems to have an opposing view.
Interesting.

I agree kids can access porn. However as a policy for schools, showing minors benefitting from illegal activities should be excluded from school (not public) libraries.
No surprise, here, to see who is openly defending a work of child pornography; a book that contains explicit images and textual descriptions of minors engaging in sex acts with each other and with adults, and attempts to normalize such behavior.
