Climate, for sale to foreigners and billionaire investors. My gals dad has maybe 100+ properties, and a prop. Management co. Speaking for just his properties alone, he has lots of vacancies for the first time ever, and much of his commercial sits vacant. College town.

The world's wealthy send their kids to ca schools for big dollars, so they can "have the experience". I know a gal getting a 120k a year edgeucation, "for the experience". My daughter got a better one for free.

Ca. survives because geography, and deep pockets.

Fact is ca. Leads in unemployment, illegals, homeless, poverty, even their schools suck. Cal is be sold off to foreigners at the expense of citizens, who they and companies too are leaving the place behind. Gavin leads that, all in.

California burdens its citizens though income tax. Texas does it through transactional taxes. Texas tax rate is much harsher for working class people.
