Try going to the hospital in California. It is a 7 hour wait in the emergency room, cause the Illegals use the emergency room like it is a general doctor

Glad you asked. The 10th Amendment gives power to the state for anything not covered in the Constitution. If a State does not wish to provide health care funded by tax paying citizens tough shit. The Federal Government has no business getting involved in things not mandated by the Constitution.

They will raise taxes to cover the cost and that will affect those who pay for private health care.

No matter how many free clinics or doctors there are, Hispanics will always go to the emergency room for everything. They go for childhood vaccinations, well baby visits, headaches and painful hangnails.
 
They are already 86 billion in the hole so "go for broke" has already been done.

So now they will be wheeling their old-ass relatives across the border so they can tie-up nursing homes.
