If there were "substantial evidence" of the supposed crimes, he would have been prosecuted for them by the Biden DOJ. When the evidence against a Republican is so weak that even Merrick Garland declines to prosecute, that is proof enough of evidence.

All congressional ethics investigations should be released to the public, not just selective releases targeting political enemies.
