No the law was written by the state legislature and passed.

The high court had previously allowed the map to be used temporarily, but Monday’s ruling makes that permanent.

CA and VA had constitutional amendments which required maps to be drawn by a commission not by the gen assembly

The dems in VA had to get that changed and they did so by illegally putting a referendum on the ballot in April

If MAGA wants voter IDs to keep illegals from voting, how is that shrinking the electorate? What measures have Democrats proposed to block illegals from registering and voting? None, as far as I know because Democrats dont seem interested in blocking illegal voting.
