Most people who get murdered in America are involved in drugs or other similar rackets. If a pusher has a dispute with his supplier about the quality of the Crack he is sold or the price or his sales territory, he can't take it to the police and he can't take it to court. The only alternative that Mr. Crack Pusher has is self help, if he can't talk it out with him, and that means having him whacked.
