But British electoral system enables the winner party to get the majority in the parliament and to form government of its own.

In France, Le Pen wouldn't be able to get the majority of the seats with that percentage of the voters. As a result, France can indulge in months of coalition negotiations with unknown results. It may even be that the Le Pen's party won't be included in a government coalition.
