Fox reporter asks Trump about detention time at Alligator Alcatraz----crickets from the right

Democrat's campaign against Trump and the American people are gotcha sound bites.

GREAT POST !

Did I tell you this one yet ?

I was watching a satanic CNN hack interviewing a REPUB candidate (for something) and asked him if supported the Bush Doctrine.

The REPUB answered: well I'm not sure what that actually is...could you explain it to me.

The CNN satanic hack replied: I'm not sure either but everyone is talking about it.

The CNN satanic hack gotter was gotten !

They have to be told why their application was denied, and given an opportunity to offer corrections to the record.

So it depends on how quickly the arbiter can process whatever witnesses or documentation is presented to them.

Illegal entry is an administrative thing, remember? You like to remind everyone that "sneaking into this country illegally is not a crime."

Yet you want the same people accused of this to get due process, which is something that people accused of a crime get.

So which is it?

If its not a crime, then no due process is necessary. It's administrative, so a quick hearing and off they go.

Actually people accused of crimes get a hell of a lot more.
1) A lawyer if they can't afford one
2) An indictment, a grand jury has to deliver a true bill.
3) A jury trial, of their piers.
4) Guilt has to be established beyond a reasonable doubt.
5) The right to (reasonable) bail.

And so much more.

The other things those accused of crimes get
6) presentment of written notice of what they are accused of.
7) discovery is all evidence against them, including exculpatory evidence
8) A process to compel the appearance of witnesses in their favor
9) The right to remain silent. They can't be forced to testify against themselves.

Etc.

It is not an accusation, it is a fact that they got caught being an illegal alien. That is all the law, which democrats wrote, requires.

Caught being here illegal and you get deported.

Go ahead and quote the law democrats wrote if you think differential

That's right.

Illegal immigration is not a crime. So none of that applies. Thanks for making my point for me!

Slaves had no connection to the United States, other than their physical presence (sometimes illegal presence) in the US.
They had no rights, no vote, and they did no participate in the body politic.

But each and every one of them were counted by the US Census as mandated by Article 1 of the Constitution.
They were counted in the census as 3/5 of a person.

But even the conservative supreme court affirmed they have the Constitutional right to due process.

As I said, the census counted each and every one of them.
When apportioning representation, they only added 3/5ths enumeration of what the census counted.

They also counted both those slaves legally and illegally in the country.

The Indian tribes weren't counted at all. Let's all hope the illegal were all free and white.
LibGuides: United States Census Data: 1800 Because if they weren't they weren't counted in the census.

They only excluded the indians "not taxed".
The rest were counted in the Census.

Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned ... according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.

And the census requirement

The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.

Only if they were white.

Isn't it funny how the LIBs who were over joyed that the J-6ers were going to prison for trespassing in the Capital are supporting criminals. I'm not talking about simple illegals...I'm talking about illegals who come here and commit felonies.

Thier new patron saint was given due process but somehow the satanic LIB press forgot to report that or mentioned it in one sentence. A funny thing about him come'n back is he is going to end up doing more time than he would have.

Yes, individuals facing deportation have the right to appeal the decision to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). This appeal must be filed within 30 days of the Immigration Judge's order. The appeal process generally stays the deportation order, meaning deportation is put on hold while the appeal is pending.
If that is true, then it is nice that we have an air conditioned facility for them to wait our their thirty days.

Libtards are exceptionally mad today. Trump must’ve done a thing.

How long will they remain in detention?

Who knows?

The facility is brand-new and the Administration is (understandably) making this $hit up as they go along.

The answer will become known eventually.

Meanwhile, not many people are going to lose any sleep over this.

Don't want to go to Gator Gulag?

Don't step onto US soil without our express prior consent.
Should have been done since Reagan.
If we don't respect our own immigration law, why would we expect foreign invaders to

CONSISTENT enforcement like this will end the invasion
