Fox reporter asks Trump about detention time at Alligator Alcatraz----crickets from the right

^He keeps making the same errors because he doesn't come to discuss.

He comes to parrot.

You missed that 90% of the people Trump is locking up, don't have criminal convictions. 70% have absolutely no criminal record. And were only arrested because Trump wants to arrest 3,000 people a day. Even if the vast majority aren't criminals.
100% of them are criminals, they’re here illegally.

The United States census bureau should count only American citizens, not the 12-20 million illegals that came here invited by extremist Democrats... illegally... only to increase their numbers in the Electoral College & to use illegals to hold on to political power.

And he's got moderate Dems coming to the table.

It's up to the crazy left that demands a hearing for every illegal criminal alien. Chances are that the waiting time in the air conditioned comfort of gator Alcatraz will be relatively short if there is no interference from activist judges.
That was my thought as well. Trumps answer should be they will be held as long as democrat judges demand. They aren’t going free. Even Garcia’s judge is keeping him in prison because he will be deported if he lets him out. It’s ******* stupid.

After answering number of slaves, they used Schedule 2

Schedule 2 - Slave Inhabitants
Name of slave owner
Number of slaves
Age
Sex
Color
Fugitive from the state [hash mark if yes]
Number manumitted
Deaf and dumb, blind, insane, or idiotic
Number of slave houses

Note: They did not exclude illegal slaves.
There is no reason why the illegals cannot be not only excluded but packed up and sent elsewhere.

You'll need to amend the constitution, because article 1 clearly tells the census includes everyone in the US. Except Indians not taxed.

Illegal Alien: A Short History

... slaves smuggled into the United States after 1808 became the first illegal immigrants.

They are here illegally. Deport them. Now. Trump is much kinder than I am. They would just never be heard from again. That's in 2025.

I was just showing that the Constitution made the progeny of people illegally in the country citizens by birth.
And that it was the intent of those who wrote it to do so.

Not according to the clause "subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

So he's all in because she's a reporter from Fox, right? But then, even asked the same question twice about how long he plans on detaining these alleged illegals before flying them out, he still doesn't understand........Is it a hearing problem or.....WORSE?

Who cares. Send these assholes there for 100 years. If you come here illegally, you should thank us on your knees for providing a fence between you and the gators.

If that response came from Biden, you leftists would be giving him a standing ovation for being the sharpest-tack in the Democrat party.

So you don't have an answer for what the non compos mentis cockroach's answer was, either. Duly noted. It's a pity that people like you reject reality but maybe it's even a bigger pity that the press won't report this. It's the reason Substack is booming and cable/network news is crashing.
Sorry…Nobody sane is listening…”Billionaires are stupid, give me free shit.”

Q: Were slaves (even those illegally smuggled in) subject to the jurisdiction thereof?

A: Yes.

Q: Did slaves owe any loyalty to the US?

A: No

That's the same as the current crop of illegal aliens, and we know the illegal slave's children had birthright citizenship.

It doesn't say that illegals are legal.

So you fail.

There's the rub.

Subject to the jurisdiction doesn’t mean loyalty.

15th post
In 1860, Mississippi's population was approximately 791,000, with a significant disparity between the enslaved and free populations. Specifically, there were roughly 436,631 enslaved people and 353,899 free people,

This meant that the enslaved population outnumbered the free population by about 82,732.
America replaced the Negro slaves with Mexican slaves because we love cheap prices.

How long it takes depends on how long it takes each side to present their case and their objections.
You make it sound like a deportation hearing can be treated like a parking ticket.
Nope, there are varying degrees of 'due process'. It can be as simple as
an illegal to step before the judge and state his name.
If that name does not have a legal status....he/she/it/furry is gone.
That would suffice as 'due process'.
