Nope, there are varying degrees of 'due process'. It can be as simple as
an illegal to step before the judge and state his name.
If that name does not have a legal status....he/she/it/furry is gone.
That would suffice as 'due process'.

Due process requires they actually establish the person before them is the same person subject to deportation.

A child of Mexican parents can apply to a Mexican consulate for a Mexican birth certificate for that child, just as if he or she was born in Mexico city. They vote in Mexican elections. Pack them up and send them back to wherever they came from. Brand them across the face. Come back, shot on sight.

We have no jurisdiction over US citizens in Mexico.
Similar to what Trump said about Abrego Garcia, we can't force a foreign country to do anything.
