So you don't know the difference between a reporter who works for the news department and a commentator who has her own show? Seriously?

So is MS-NBC news responsible for what Ed Schultz, Al Sharpton, or Rachel Maddow say on their ... commentary ... shows as if the news department reported it? Or is that different? What about CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, are they responsible for what commentators on their networks say as if the news department reported it?

Here's a hint. When someone has their own name on their own show and they call themselves commentators, they are not reporting, then are commenting. Fox does in fact tell you that.

I've never seen anyone go after news departments ever other than liberals going after non-liberal commentators. You are in fact the only ones who are not bright enough to know the difference. And you apply that standard only to our political enemies. You do not apply it to liberal commentators, liberal news rooms or even liberal reporters.

Too bad Bush tortured the people at Gitmo, which is why the U.S. can't try any of them in court, since then we'd have to spend taxpayer money on trials where we'd have to set these people free anyway.

It really is Bush's fault on this one. Had they actually put a case together, they could have tried and convicted these fuckers in civilian courts, which have a much better record than military tribunals in such cases.

Obviously Bush violated the Constitutional rights of terrorists caught in foreign countries. I mean, obviously when we caught Nazis in Europe, they were read their rights, given lawyers, we got warrants from a judge and if we couldn't prove the case we let them go to rejoin the Nazi army. Doesn't Bush know history? We've never held prisoners in war without their Constitutional rights being strictly provided at all times. And of course the US Constitution is a world document, the citizens of the world are all entitled to those protections.

“New Bin Laden” was actually released under Bush in 2004 according to the Defense Department. But even if he had been released under Obama, the U.S.-Iraq agreement behind the release took place during the Bush administration.

People should be able to distinguish between news and commentary no matter what network it is. I have found people who's terms like faux generally can't or won't.
