Fox News: Anti-Obama and now anti......soap?

You claim this is somehow bad, yet you provide not one shred of evidence of that.

Erm.....Showers. Taking a shower is the evidence. Have you ever tried one?

Also she's done interviews pushing her book on Dr Oz

Who is a quack.

Which speaks for itself.

are they also anti-maobama and anti-soap?

They're both certainly cannon fodder for idiots. Are you saying it's okay for Fox News to be utter shit just because Dr. Oz is utter shit?

Number one it wasn't Fox news, it was on one of their health shows, not news show. Also you still have provided nothing but your own lame opinion as to why this is incorrect. Are you an MD or PHD who studies bacterial interactions in the body?

I live in a liberal region and have a job that requires a high level of interaction with the public. Does that count?

Pinheads of academia have the habit of publishing something outrageous from time to time, because they know that their very existence revolves around the old axiom: Publish or perish.

They make a regular habit of denouncing "settled" and "established" so-called truths by their fellow academic pin heads just to be contrary. They cite the results of their years long scientific studies (in reality wasted tax payers' money) to contradict the results of the studies of another similar charlatan. According to these worthies, what was supposed to be good for you yesterday is bad for you today. Or next year. Or eventually.

Remember about milk? Butter? Sugar? Meat? Carbohydrates? Eggs?

Or the biggest fraud of them all: Thirty years ago the then contemporary wise asses predicted a new Ice Age and mass starvation. Today the descendants of those idiots predict the Earth will burn up, melt and drown because people live normally, using the bounties of their labor and the resources of the planet.

Pay no attention to these media whores.

BTW, Fox News only reprinted a story to illustrate the gullibility of people like the OP.

Sure, but only for your personal opinion and if you don't mind having a weakened immune system. I've been using mild natural soaps for years because the harsh chemical soaps dry my skin out, and no one has accused me of having my stink on.

Whoa, nobody is saying that people need to use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.

The article is saying that people should skip soap altogether.

Ever wonder why we have an epidemic of asthma, allergies and other ailments in children. They are raised in an antibacterial bubble and their immune systems never get exposed to real world bacterial agents. I don't know how old you are but when I was growing up, asthma and food allergies were almost unheard of. Ever wonder about that?

The majority of it is simple Munchausen's syndrome. Alot of it is also helicopter parents diagnosing their children based on the parent's own obsession with coddling their children. The child breaths a little heavy after playing outside, it's asthma. The child gets an upset stomach one time, it's food allergies.

When I was a kid, we played outside and got dirty to all get out. We also took baths afterwards. With soap. It didn't hurt our immune systems one bit.

Yep and back then most all soaps were pretty much natural and did't contain all the anti-bacterial agents of today. If you read the complete article the good Dr. suggested people get dirty and work in the dirt doing things like gardening, too many don't do that now.

And if you read the article the quack doctor also says that people should largely limit themselves to bathing without soap. Not forgo the antibacterial soap (most "antibacterial" soap isn't really antibacterial anyway). No soap, period. Says that other than your crotch and armpits, we allegedly should go soapless.

And that offends you why?

You are correct the majority of soaps today are completely different as the soaps of yesterday. Detergents that contain benzalkonium can actual increase the bad bacteria growth.

And this is where some of your lunatics get your information about politics and the goings-on in the world?

By scouring ourselves in the shower every day, we are actually stripping our skin of bacteria that keep us acne- and eczema-free. Unless you’ve just finished a Mud Run, the only places that need daily soaping are your armpits and groin. The rest of your body does fine with a rinse—even after a sweaty workout.

Why you don’t need to shower with soap

You claim this is somehow bad, yet you provide not one shred of evidence of that. Also she's done interviews pushing her book on Dr Oz and CBS, are they also anti-maobama and anti-soap?
Litmus test: How do you feel about vaccines?
