Which is what I've been saying. This warrant says search just about any part of the property they want, and take anything they want. That does not comply with the US Constitution.

It’s nonsense. As for Trump’s passport, it’s evidence. Showing the stolen documents were mixed in with personal effects ties Trump to their theft. Therefore, items like his passports are able to be seized as evidence.

There is no evidence whatsoever of stolen documents.

The handling of classified documents is the issue. They paid immense deference to Trump to avoid this scandal. Trump made his own mess.

As for searching the property, why wouldn’t they be able to? It’s Trump’s property and he could have hidden the documents in any number of places.

No, a warrant has to specify rooms, not just any room they want. And look at that warrant again. What it said is they could seize any boxes that may contain what they were looking for, even if it included the personal items they took which had zero to do with what they claim they were looking for. Unconstitutional.

Why do you think they applied with a known lowly Trump hating magistrate? The fact he didn't recuse himself is grounds for a dismissal right there.
